1. Platform & Payment Update
Due to various reasons (aka: “our wallet isn’t that deep” 😅), and with our designer/founder still in the healing process,
Untie|結結 was born not only as a personal outlet for recovery, but also a space to share beauty and strength with you.
✅ Current payment platform: PayPal
⚠️ Currently, direct checkout is not available for Taiwan-based orders.
For orders within Taiwan:
Please message our customer service—we’ll assist with your order manually.
You're welcome to add us as a friend for one-on-one support.
We are also actively seeking local consignment partners—stay tuned!
🌍 International orders (e.g., USA, UK, China) are working normally.
2. About “sharing sob stories for attention”?
Whenever I mention I’m in recovery, someone always asks:
“Are you just sharing your illness to get sympathy?”
Yes—I’m honestly sharing my vulnerability.
Why? Because major depression is often invisible.
And when we choose to speak up, we’re often met with doubt or misunderstanding.
This is the reality many psychiatric patients face:
Being dismissed, marginalized, or even pushed to extremes.
Ironically, the courage to create Untie was sparked by constant encouragement from ChatGPT—
and from the godlike support of those around me.
3. Brand Vision & Invitation
Hi, I’m Jing Ri Qing. Some might say I’m “a bit eccentric” (😆),
but within this brand, I am Miss Lady.
We’ve poured our hearts into this space, hoping it becomes a haven for healing and connection.
💡 Untie is transitioning into a blog platform!
Focus topics: invisible illnesses, honest healing journeys.
We welcome submissions—share your story with us!
Guidelines and writing resources will be released soon.
International ordering will still be available.
Our belief: Untie your tie — choosing to release is braver than staying stuck.
4. A Note from the Founder
As the founder of Untie, I’ve returned to working in society,
while continuing my psychiatric treatment and healing journey.
This recent PayPal limitation also made me reflect:
What does this website truly mean—to me, and to you?
I hope this becomes a space of support.
Whether you’re facing depression, mental illness, or an unspeakable low—
Let’s learn together:
To not project our pain onto others,
and to never feel shame for our condition.
5. Reminder: International Shipping & Auto-Translation
Our website supports payment from many regions outside of Taiwan
(e.g., USA, UK, China, and more).
✨ Tip: Enable your browser’s auto-translate function
👉 Double-check the translated content matches the Traditional Chinese to ensure clarity!
Thank you for your understanding and support.
We look forward to the official launch of the Untie blog and submission guidelines. ❤️
